What does a typical engagement cost?
Most projects land between three and twelve thousand euros for build, plus a small monthly fee for hosting, monitoring, and minor changes. We give a fixed quote after the first call.
Do you connect to legacy or in-house systems?
Usually, yes. If it has an API, a database, or even a structured export, we can almost always move data in and out of it. We tell you up front if something is genuinely closed.
How do you avoid duplicate or bad data?
We map fields carefully, de-duplicate on stable keys, and validate before writing. Where a record is ambiguous, the pipeline routes it to a human instead of guessing.
What if we change the scope after kickoff?
The first week is intentionally cheap to back out of. After that, scope changes are quoted as small change orders, not billable hours.
